Kylan, the owner of Moonlight Events, is AMAZING to work with! She provides a full-service wedding experience, including a beautiful ceremony space, catering, tables/chairs, decor, florals, and a photo booth, making it seamless for our brides. She was a gem during our photoshoot, and the wedding venue is a perfect hidden oasis in the heart of the city! Can’t recommend Moonlight Events enough!

We loved our experience at Moonlight! Everything went so seamlessly. Kylan was very attentive, realistic, and listened to what we wanted for our day. The venue was decorated exactly to our desire, staff were kind, food was great and the space was perfect! It was amazing being able to go straight from the ceremony to the reception without having to have guests wait in a staging area. I would also recommend using their coordinator Brittany through Bows and Bellows who was very helpful and made the day that much easier. We also used their recommended photographer, Lumi, who did an amazing job. Having all of them familiar with each other and working together made the event feel so warm and organized. All of ours guests were so happy with the event. The wedding was beautiful and we are truly so happy with our choice!

Moonlight Events was the PERFECT place to have our big day 🤍 The owner, Kylan, is the absolute best. She is kind, organized, thorough and VERY knowledgeable about everything weddings!The ceremony space is beautiful, the reception area is spacious and the outdoor landscaping is immaculate.From signing the contract to the big day itself, Kylan is always available for questions, vendor recommendations and general support.She even had my specific favorite drinks brought in for our reception at my request 🥹Her staff is incredible and prompt, the food and drinks are delicious and best of all, it’s AFFORDABLE 😍Not to mention, Kylan captured SO many of our special moments on her personal phone! I really appreciated having clips of our big day so soon and her using them on social media to promote her incredible venue 💒💕I definitely appreciated being able to show up on my wedding day and know that everything was taken care of. This venue is a beautiful and unexpected gem in the middle of town. I adore Kylan and loved working with her; however, she is a one-woman show and things can fall through the cracks. On our wedding day, Kylan was super helpful but also very busy and preoccupied being pulled in multiple directions, so unfortunately, a few things we’d agreed upon did not make it. Overall, they were minor details, but—especially as a bride on your wedding day— when you have a specific plan in mind that’s what you expect. I would recommend making sure every detail you want included is in writing and you keep a copy of the contract handy. Also, make sure someone close to you also knows the plan/details so they can follow up if something is missing—or have a second day-of coordinator. The venue is wonderful, and intimate, I also recommend keeping the guest list under about 120 people. It becomes cramped very quickly when trying to arrange seating for over that many—certainly if you also want to use the dance floor—although there is plenty of parking. The food was good, the details lovely, the staff amazing. There were a few minor deferred maintenance items to be addressed (a few spots needing touch up paint and things like that), but not noticed by most people. Guests loved the photo booth room. With the packages offered, you can be involved as little or as much as you want in the planning process, which is really convenient. It's so nice having Clark County Floral on-site, plus Your Big Day (where I ended up getting my gown from) is right there too. Kylan is really trying to make wedding planning as easy as possible. We met our photographer Lumi, who we love, through her as well. We will definitely consider Moonlight for future events.
